In 2002, the company brought in the Japanese patent and firstly developed the wrap film without paper pipe. In April 1998, the company was put into production in Jiangsu Haimen Economic Development Zone with total investment of 30 million dollars and registered capital of 15 million dollars. The production equipments were introduced from NEXTROM, Italy . By the end of 2000, there were 2 production lines of three-layer co-extruded cast stretching film with annual capacity of 14,000 tons.
